7:00 AM
Pick-up from Arusha/Moshi. Short 45-min drive to park gate.
8:00 AM
Game drive through forest and open plains. Look for giraffe, zebra, buffalo, warthogs, and blue monkeys.
10:30 PM
Guided walking safari to the Momella Lakes with an armed ranger. Chance to see giraffe up close + over 400 bird species.
12:30 PM
Lunch at a picnic site overlooking the lakes and Mount Meru.
14:00 PM
Optional canoeing on Little Momella Lake, or game drive to Ngurdoto Crater “Little Ngorongoro”.
16:00 PM
Exit park and return to Arusha/Moshi, arriving by 17:00 PM.

Do you need a visa to visit Tanzania?
You can obtain this visa either online or on arrival. Typically, it takes 3-5 days to get your visa approved online. However, if your trip starts in less than a week, we recommend opting for the on-arrival visa. To avoid issues with POS machines, bring $50 in cash.
