Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport – Transfer to Karatu
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our safari representative and professional driver-guide. After a short briefing, you will begin your scenic drive toward Karatu, located close to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
The drive offers beautiful views of northern Tanzania’s countryside, local villages, farms, and the Great Rift Valley landscape. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight.
