Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport – Transfer to Karatu
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our safari representative and professional driver-guide. After a short briefing, you will begin your scenic drive toward Karatu, located close to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
The drive offers beautiful views of northern Tanzania’s countryside, local villages, farms, and the Great Rift Valley landscape. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Karatu – Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park with packed lunch boxes. Your journey takes you through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where transit fees apply, before continuing toward the wide plains of Serengeti National Park.
Enjoy game viewing en route as you enter the Serengeti. Depending on the season and wildlife movement, your guide will begin tracking the Great Migration, including wildebeest herds, zebras, gazelles, and predators following the herds.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park Migration Safari
After breakfast, continue exploring Serengeti National Park with packed lunch boxes. This day is focused on moving deeper into the Serengeti and following the best wildlife areas based on current migration movement.
The Great Serengeti Wildebeest Migration is one of Africa’s most powerful wildlife experiences, with large herds moving across the ecosystem in search of fresh grazing. Along the way, you may also see lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and many bird species.

Day 4: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Today is dedicated to a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park. After breakfast, depart with packed lunch boxes and spend the day exploring the best migration areas, open plains, kopjes, river systems, and predator-rich habitats.
Your guide will focus on maximizing your chances of seeing migration herds, big cats, and dramatic wildlife moments. This day offers excellent opportunities for photography, open-plains game viewing, and classic Serengeti safari experiences.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Fly to Kilimanjaro International Airport
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the nearest Serengeti airstrip for your scheduled flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Depending on the flight schedule, you will enjoy a hot lunch before departure or upon arrival.
